The Parks Department was seriously trying to prevent any
more people from putting flowers down or posting any signs.

This one man was trying to put yellow flowers on the fence. You can see
on of the flowers in this photo. Within seconds 2 Parks Officers and one Police
Officer came to stop him. They were arguing as I was walking away.
