During the summer of 2000 time period NYC (and in fact several places in NJ)
was having a "Cow Parade". Many artist had the opportunity to paint or decorate
a cow statue any way they wanted. Then the cows were placed all over the city.
This store is selling miniature collector parade cows.
They put the American Flag Cow on a higher shelf.
